Every cloud plan starts with a 14-day trial on your own instance. TaskRaven Cloud is currently in beta — we're onboarding in batches, and plans take effect at general availability. Larger than 150 people? Talk to us.
What "cloud" means here
Every tenant is a dedicated instance with its own database.
Not a shared table with a tenant column. Your records sit in a database that holds nothing but your records, at your own subdomain — so a bad query in someone else's account cannot reach your audit trail, and your export is a clean, whole database.
Mid and Large plans step up to a fully dedicated Postgres cluster behind that database.
Self-hosted
The same product, on your infrastructure.
Licence-based, billed annually, no per-seat metering. For teams whose data policy — or auditor — says the record stays in the building.

Questions we get
How do you count people?
Anyone who can be assigned a checklist or approve one. Read-only viewers of history don't count.
What happens when we outgrow a tier?
You move up mid-cycle and we prorate it. Nothing stops working and no record is touched.
Is the trial the full product?
Yes — 14 days on your own dedicated instance. What you build during the trial stays when you convert.
Can we move to self-hosted later?
It's the same build. We hand over your database and you restore it on your own host — history and audit trail intact.
Why is there no signup button?
The cloud beta opens in batches, because each tenant gets its own instance provisioned. Write to us and we'll tell you where the queue stands.
Do you delete our data if we leave?
You get a full export first, then the instance and its database are destroyed. Ask us for the retention schedule in writing.
